OUR ACTIVITIES
A DAY IN THE VILLAGE
A day in the village is an activity designed for children on infant (preschool) and elementary school to let them know and explore the jobs and traditions in the rural area before technology came in privileged and comfort surroundings.
THE PROGRAM
We are going to elaborate our own cheese with fresh milk; gather cereals and look out for the mill where we’ll learn how to use it. Well cook our own food learning step by step to bake the bread.
We’ll learn about the benefits of “permaculture” to listen and understand the earth so we can know how to obtain resources.
**** We wouldn’t forget about our domestic animals; we will learn all their needs and goods we can obtain from them the time before modern machines were used, always in a ludic ambient where we can boost the curiosity and imagination from whom visit us.****
There are various activities in which we can participate and learn from the customs and traditions:

GUIDED TOURS AND RURALE XPERIENCE
Rural Experience is an activity specially designed for families and friends groups that are looking for new experiences in a rural area. We truly love to organize tours across the most interesting and not-well-known spots around us: Monasterio cisterciense de Santa María (The Cistercian Monastery of Santa María) la Laguna (The Lagoon). Visit with us the “Forno dos Mouros”, Carballeira del Pazo do Gado (Oak grove), Serra da Cova da Serpe ( Snake’s Cave Sierra), Campamento Romano d’A Ciadella (Ciadell’as Roman Camp) and the Fortaleza de Narla (Narla Fortress).
THE PROGRAM
Visit and Stay guided by us some rural houses and nature educational establishments during a week end (from Friday to Sunday). You’ll enjoy half housing in any of the added establishments.
SUMMER CAMPS
We offer a space where kids could experiment and enjoy during holidays season the fun, learning and conviviality in a natural and rural area.
THE PROGRAM
Our Summer Camps in the Village isn’t just a ludic and recreational choice, we are talking about kids in scholar age, that’s why we also care about their learning and formation needs.
**** The methodology we use is based on the didactic principles: Constructive learning and significative learning. We believe that the real way of an environmental education the relation between humans and nature with each other.****
The camps have various segments and activities that the kids will do along the day. They will enjoy learning and playing.
